Yes. You define the attributes that exist in your business — colour, size, weight, purity, capacity, finish — and choose which of them a product varies by. Each variant carries its own stock, barcode and price, and can be quoted, ordered, received and counted in its own right, while all of them remain one product.
Yes. Your records live on the NOVOLIG server, so the same workspace opens on any machine you have activated and nothing has to be synced by hand. The licence keeps working through a short offline window, but recording and reading work needs a connection.
Yes, and the sidebar is generated from whichever ones are on. Switching a module off removes it from navigation and stops new work in it; existing records are untouched, and switching it back on returns you to exactly what you left. Nothing is deleted either way.
Standard covers products, inventory, units, locations, customers and suppliers. Pro adds quotations, sales orders and purchasing. Entitlements belong to the plan and are enforced by the database rather than the interface, so changing tier applies everywhere at once.
Not yet. Documents print to A4 on your own letterhead today, and payments, WhatsApp delivery and an assistant are registered as future modules. We would rather ship them than list them.
